Pre-New Year’s Festivities had many fashion leaders tweeting away about what to look fabulous in for toasting in 2013. Here’s what designers Michael Kors and Christian Louboutin had to say!

“All you need is a great clutch, a stack of glamorous cuffs and a pair of heels you can dance in.” Spoken by the duke of glam accessories, Michael Kors. The rhinestone and stud cuff bracelet and thelined hammered cuff bracelet are a great combination. The contrasting styles of both bracelets will give depth and edge to your outfit. The gorgeousglamorous glitter evening clutch adds sparkle. All three accessories really tie together with the silver and rhinestone accents. All of these would be great with a black dress.

This may sound like the simplest thing ever, but Christian Louboutin may have been on to something. “Heels for day, flats for night…mix it up!” Simple, but definitely a good idea! Wear a nice ballet flat (like the chic black and silver or gold flat) when you plan to be dancing the night away. The pointed-toe pump always carries a chic and sophisticated air about it. Perfect for sitting and looking fabulous at the office.

This girl’s sharp, quick wit may not be for the faint of heart, but those close to her say that she’s caring and hilariously funny. Reality TV, a not -so-small sweet tooth, nail polish, and fashion are but a few of her guilty pleasures. Her obsession with writing and hobby of interviewing brought her to conducting a few interviews with fashion designers and makeup artists for her fashion blog, Hey There, Stylish! Curiosity for different lifestyles and experiences lead to more interviews and ultimately became Gal Pal Magazine. Like many college girls, Lauren is a media strategies major who spends her days going to class; most of her late nights are reserved for studying and her night job.
